An open door is an invitation, not liberation by itself. What matters is what we build after entering: relationships we control, knowledge we preserve, enterprises we strengthen, and institutions capable of outliving a single event.
The name D.O.O.R. joins Conversations, Opportunities, Ownership, and Repatriation. Its Inaugural National Dialogue will take place on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the University of Ghana College of Humanities.
Students, repatriates, leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, change makers, and media will meet through keynotes, recruitment, innovation, exhibitions, networking, and diaspora perspectives. Enter with a concrete offer: a skill, a resource, a connection, a question, or a commitment that can help Black work continue after October 30.
Register through the official page and invite someone prepared to help turn access into ownership.
