A Liberation Audience Must Do More Than Applaud

The Abibitumi Abibifahodie Film Festival is a D.O.O.R. (Decade of Our Repatriation) event.

Abibifahodie on screen is not achieved simply because Black people appear in the frame. It advances when Black people control production, interpretation, distribution, and memory.

Choose one action before AAFF begins: support a creator, document a testimony, teach a young person, organize a study circle, or help a film reach another Black audience. Write the commitment down and complete it after the festival.
